Concrete Caisson Construction, Sheet ; Pipe Pile Construction,
Dewatering activities and Coastal Waterfront experience. Duties of
this role will include: bull; Researches and interprets
contract requirements to determine whether construction work is
performed in substantial compliance with plans, specifications and
special provisions. Advises PBS;J project manager and/or owner of
any failures or delays. bull; Plans and organizes the
observation of and documentation of the construction project.

testing and sampling of materials. bull; Monitors

The candidate must be able to develop a detailed schedule for completion of improvements at each location and provide progress updates to be integrated into a master schedule for the full grade crossing improvement program systemwide. Monitoring of the scope and budget for each grade crossing location will be performed with updates as required to keep the work within the budget allowances for the projects.

Performs time and motion studies including run rates, set up times and router development. Monitors system controls including installation, specification, upgrades and changes. Participates in product design reviews and new material evaluation. Assists in equipment problem resolution. Supports manufacturing cost estimating and provides support for bids and proposals. Demonstrates leadership in safety initiatives. Qualifications BS Degree in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical) preferred. Five (5) to Ten (10) years manufacturing experience with machined/ fabricated components required, and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Subsea tooling and or ROV manufacturing experience preferred.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access and MS Project. Experience with ERP systems is required. Matrix, PeopleSoft and AutoCAD skills preferred.
